The Operating System (OS) of your device must be IOS 13, Android 10, Huawei Harmony 2 and above.

How can I download and install the new TGV mobile app?
Simply download and install the new TGV mobile app from Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery to your device.


I am a new customer. How can I sign up as a MovieClub member via the new TGV mobile app?
1)      Launch the TGV mobile app, tap “My Profile” at the bottom right corner, then tap “Sign Up”.
2)      Enter your mobile phone number and email address, check the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) checkbox, then tap “Next”.
3)      Enter the 4-Digit Mobile Code sent to your mobile phone number.
4)      Enter and confirm 6-Digit PIN of your choice. You will be able to sign in your account right away.

I have signed up as a new MovieClub member, how can I sign in the new TGV mobile app?
Using email address:
1)      Launch the TGV mobile app, tap “My Profile” at the bottom right corner.
2)      Enter your email address, tap “Sign In”.
3)      Enter your 6-digit PIN. You will be able to sign in your account right away.
Using mobile phone number:
1)      Launch the TGV mobile app, tap “My Profile” at the bottom right corner.
2)      Tap “Mobile No.” to enter your mobile phone number, then tap “Sign In”.
3)      Enter your 6-digit PIN. You will be able to sign in your account right away.

I am an existing MovieClub member. I have been signing in my account using my email address and password. How can I sign in the new TGV mobile app?
1)      For the first time, you must sign in your account using your email address and password.
2)      Launch the TGV mobile app, tap “My Profile” at the bottom right corner.
3)      Enter your email address, tap “Sign In”.
4)      Enter your password, tap “Next”. (Or tap “Forgot Password” to reset your password)
5)      Enter your mobile phone number, tap “Next”.
6)      Enter the 4-Digit Mobile Code sent to your mobile phone number.
7)      Then, enter and confirm 6-Digit PIN of your choice, tap “Next”.
8)      You can also set Biometric ID for easy sign in or choose to skip instead.
9)      Your sign in is successful.

How do I purchase for a specific movie?
1)      After signed in your account, tap “Movies” at the bottom of the page.
2)      Select your preferred movie, date, cinema location and showtime.
3)      Select your preferred seat(s) and tap “Book Seat(s)”.
4)      Confirm your ticket type or promotion (if applicable) and tap “Add to Cart”.
5)      Add any food and drinks to your cart and tap “Continue”.
6)      Apply any “My Rewards” or “Voucher Code(s)” and continue to “Checkout”.
7)      Enter your payment details and tap “Submit Payment”. Your order is successful and order confirmation will be displayed.

How do I retrieve my recent order for collection and admission?
1)      After signed in your account, tap “Cart” icon at the top right corner.
2)      Scan the QR Code at the counter to pick up your pre-ordered food and drinks at the Express Lane.
3)      Scan the QR Code again at the Ticket Tearing Point for admission to your movie hall. 

How can I earn MovieMoney at cinema location?
1)      After signed in to your account, tap “Cart” icon at the top right corner.
2)      Tap “My MovieClub QR” at the Ticketing Kiosk or counter for scanning.
3)      The MovieMoney earned will be reflected in your account within 24 hours from the purchased date.

My phone is old. I am unable to further upgrade the Operating System (OS) of my device to meet the minimum requirement, what should I do?
You may visit our website at https://web.tgv.com.my to browse and place orders. Alternatively, you can visit any TGV Cinemas locations and purchase via the Ticketing Kiosk.

Why do I need to allow access to my location via the new TGV mobile app?
The mobile app will be able to detect your location automatically and display the TGV cinema locations as well as deals nearest to you.

Can I manually select location in the new TGV mobile App?
Yes. Simply tap “All States/Areas” at the top of the page and you can set your preferred location for easy browsing and filtering.

I have allowed access to my location. How can I make changes to the setting of my location?
You may select not to allow access to location from your mobile phone setting.
IOS: In phone setting, go to “TGV” app > Location > choose “Never”.
Android: In phone setting, go to “Apps” > TGV > Permissions > Location > choose “Don’t allow”.
Huawei: In phone setting, go to “Location” > “Location” > select “TGV” > choose “Deny”.

Can I sign in with multiple devices?
Yes. Your account will remain signed in, even when you sign in using multiple devices simultaneously.

I have forgotten my PIN. What should I do?
Sign in using email address:
You can enter your email address and click/tap “Send Email Code” for a 4-Digit Email Code to be sent to your email address. Enter the Email Code correctly and you will be able to sign in to your account.
Sign in using mobile phone number:
You can enter your mobile phone number and click/tap “Send Mobile Code” for a 4-Digit Mobile Code to be sent to your mobile phone number. Enter the Mobile Code correctly and you will be able to sign in to your account.

I have not received the Mobile Code, what should I do?
Please ensure you have entered the correct mobile phone number and do not block the SMS Short Code 62003 in your device. Otherwise, please refer to your Telco Service Provider for further assistance.

I have not received the Email Code, what should I do?
Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address and check if the Email Code is sent to your Junk/Spam folder. Otherwise, please refer to your Email Service Provider for further assistance.

I am getting an error “The code is invalid” upon entering the Mobile/Email Code, what should I do?
You could have entered a wrong code, or your Mobile/Email Code has already expired.

How long is the validity of the Mobile/Email Code?
The Mobile/Email Code is valid for 5 minutes.

How many times can I request for Mobile/Email Code?
You can try up to 6 times. After that, you will receive an error “Sending limit exceeded” and can try again after 20 minutes.

I have signed up as a MovieClub member. I received an email requesting me to verify my email address and complete my profile. How long is the validity of the verification link?
The verification link is valid for 15 minutes. You may request to resend the link again.

I have lost my mobile phone. Can someone sign in my account using my mobile phone?
No. A 6-Digit PIN is required to sign in your account.
