1. When can I start buying it?

Pre-orders start on 11th June 2025 and will be available while stocks last, so don’t miss out!

 

2. Who can purchase this merchandise?

This item is exclusively available to MovieClub members.

 

3. What is the price of Project I.R.I.S Specs?

The price for Project I.R.I.S Specs is RM70.

 

4. Which cinemas are available for customers to collect Project I.R.I.S Specs?

Project I.R.I.S Specs is available for collection at 13 cinemas. Here is the list of the cinemas:
  1. Klang Valley: 1 Utama / Central i-City / Pavilion Bukit Jalil / Sunway Velocity

  1. Negeri Sembilan: Seremban 2

  1. Johor: Bukit Indah / Tebrau City

  1. Perak: Kinta City

  1. Pulau Pinang: Bukit Mertajam / Gurney Paragon

  1. Terengganu: Mesra Mall

  1. Sarawak: Miri / Vivacity 

5. How many units can I purchase?

We are limiting the maximum 4 units per item in each transaction.

 

6. How can I purchase the merchandise?

Mobile App:

Step 1: Launch TGV mobile app. Tab “SHOP” located at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Tab “See All” to view the full shopping menu for Ejen Ali and Ejen Alicia I.R.I.S Specs.

Step 3: Select the item based on your preferred collection location and update the quantity.

Step 4: Tab “Update Card” and review your selected item(s). You may adjust your order if applicable.

Step 5: Tab “Checkout” to review your order, then tab “Place Order”.

Step 6: Enter your payment details and tab “Submit payment”.

Step 7: Your booking is confirmed. A booking confirmation will be emailed to your email address.

Step 7: Your booking is confirmed. A booking confirmation will be emailed to your email address.

 

7. When can I collect my order?

You can collect your purchase from your selected location starting 15th July 2025.

 

8. How can I redeem the merchandise?

Step 1: Proceed to the Candy Bar at the collection location.

Step 2: Simply scan your MVC QR.

Step 3: Open the attachment in your booking confirmation email to scan the Voucher Code QR. Each item purchased has individual Voucher Code QR.

Step 4: The merchandise is ready for collection. Please examine the merchandise before leaving the location.

 

9. I mistakenly selected the collection location. Can I collect the merchandise at my preferred/nearest location?

We’re sorry. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

10. I mistakenly bought Ejen Alicia instead of Ejen Ali. Can I request an exchange?

We’re sorry. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

11. I noticed the merchandise has been sold out at the location nearby. When will the new stock arrive?

We suggest checking out other nearby locations instead. Any restock will depend on availability, and updates will be shared on our social media channels.

 

12. What should I do if the merchandise is faulty or damaged?

Please examine the merchandise before leaving the location. If the merchandise is faulty or damaged, we will replace it instantly.
